Wisconsin Day 4--Pizza, Play and Pictures

This morning, we checked out of our wonderful hotel and headed out for a great day of fun.

We met the Lovells at Berre's Brothers Coffee Roasters which is based right there in Watertown, WI. (Mark your calendars. They will be on the Food Network's "Unwrapped" on July 27th.) Hubs was in coffee heaven! He has had coffee from there before because the Lovells send it to him for his birthday and such and spoil the pants off of him. But this time, HE got to inhale every ounce of the place for himself as well as purchase enough to last him until either Christmas or his birthday.

Whichever one he can con them out of.

Then, if the coffee wasn't enough, he got to go to Penzy's spices. This was right up his alley too. But what made it even better for me? I got to taste whatever I wanted! Woo Hoo!

But we won't talk about the Vanilla Sugar Debacle '09 that I believe Becky and Baby Boy were involved in. I was waiting for the cops to arrive.

Apparently the Milwaukee area is a mecca o'production that I was completely unaware of.

From there we stopped by Miller Park where Becky just went to see Manny Ramirez thanks to her Hubs.

And then, oh then, we went here...Stonefire Pizza Company!

Think Chucky Cheese and throw in some cleanliness, better food, themed rooms, better games, amusement rides and throw out the stinking rat and you have this place!

Oh, and CHEAP! For the 4 of us to eat and play (3 $20 game cards) was $49. AND, after you play you can come back and eat. Nice! They even offer sleep over parties! Where was this place when I was a kid?

Just click around on some of those links and you'll see that I ain't lying!

The water room

Belle did a wonderful job of drawing her own face pictures

Then, there was Luke

Let's bowl!

After we tuckered out the gang we headed back to Watertown for an updated photo shoot with the Lovells and the kiddos. The last photo that they have up was when I was pregnant with Luke and they got their picture made with Belle. She was 3. It was time for some updates.

Here is one of them. You can go here and here to see more from the park.

From there we headed to the Wood homestead while Daddy got some rest. When he woke up and we got ready to leave, the waterworks began.

We all love them both so very much but it just seemed tougher to leave this time than before. I don't know why, but it just was. I held the tear back until Belle began wailing that she wanted her Aunt Becky. And she wailed this for a ways down the road. It means a lot to me that even though we are all so far away from each other, our families are forever intertwined. We love you and can't wait to see you cheeseheads again soon.

September, I hope.

Love Belle's concentration as she's paining her face!
