Family Prayer

Please pray for the Overstreet family. David's family, including his grandmother traveled up here yesterday to get Luke for the week and left last night. David kissed his Grandmother and told her he loved her and she said, "I love you as if you were my own child." We received word this morning that she had died sometime in the middle of the night in her sleep. We praise God for his GRACE and MERCY for Helena (Henrietta Gorlitz..I think) Bunyea.



I have laughed and loved with both of these women for over 10 years now. As Grandma has now left, Becky and I have so many more years of lovin' and laughin' to do...and we'll do it as though Grandma was still here. I'm so thankful that I got to spend what would literally become her last hours with her...running across the street...dealing with mean people...to get that vivacious little woman her supper...a triple fudgy chocolate something made into a blizzard!
